3. Important Condition

A 100% refund applies only when insurance coverage has not been activated or utilized within the logistics system.

Once insurance coverage has been activated and linked to a shipment in transit, refund eligibility may be limited or voided depending on processing stage.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Insurance fees are not refundable when:

Shipment is already in transit under active insurance coverage
Claim processing has been initiated
Customs clearance or delivery procedures have started under insured protection
Fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity is detected
